Microsoft Solutions Specialist/Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Solutions Specialist/Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and support of our Microsoft environments, ensuring efficient operation and providing technical expertise in Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Support and manage Active Directory, providing user access and security management.
• Oversee Exchange Online administration, including email configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage SharePoint environments, ensuring proper setup and user support.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks to enhance system administration.
• Provide IT support for users, troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft services.
• Implement and manage cloud computing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Oversee virtualization technologies and ensure system resources are utilized effectively.
• Implement security measures to protect data and systems, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Leverage Office 365 tools to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization.
• Create and manage reports using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Solutions Specialist or Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and system administration.
• Knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting practices.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and virtualization.
• Experience with security management and best practices for data protection.
• Office 365 proficiency, with experience in various Microsoft 365 applications.
• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge and skills.
